The 2012 Ryder Cup Package

A fabulous package has been created to enable you to enjoy all the colour, drama and excitement of the 39th Ryder Cup at Medinah. Ryder Cup Travel Services is pleased to announce a terrific five-night itinerary designed with the golf enthusiast and traveller in mind. It means you will be there from start to finish and won’t miss any of the action for one of the greatest occasions in world sport.
As part of the five-night package you arrive on Wednesday, September 26th and depart on Monday, October 1st.
The five night package includes:
  1. Hotel Accommodation - based on bed and breakfast unless otherwise stated.
  2. Ground transportation (Return transfers from hotel to golf on Thursday to Sunday inclusive).
  1. Celebration Evening, gift and standard
    season Ryder Cup Ticket.
Prices are per package and include all applicable service charges and Taxes.
No flight cost is included in any package.

The Ryder Cup 5 Day Itinerary

Ryder Cup Travel Services has created its Ryder Cup packages with you as the guest in mind. While the packages have a five-night minimum stay requirement which typically will be from Wednesday, September 26th, to Monday, October 1st, we will be more than happy to discuss and quote you for additional nights stay should they be required.

  • Day 1 - Wednesday 26th September

    Morning Programme Check-In to your Ryder Cup Travel Services hotel. Please note that most hotels do not allow check in before 3pm.

    Afternoon Programme After your journey you may wish to find your feet in Naperville or Chicago and relax before the main event begins or, if you have requested an additional Wednesday practice day ticket, you can visit Medinah and watch your first day of Ryder Cup practice.

    Evening Programme At your leisure. Overnight in your Ryder Cup Travel Services selected hotel.

  • Day 2 - Thursday 27th September

    Morning Programme Transfer to Medinah for final Ryder Cup Practice Rounds.

    Afternoon Programme Ryder Cup Opening Ceremony. Return to Hotel.

    Evening Programme Exclusive Celebration Evening. Overnight in your Ryder Cup Travel Services selected hotel.

  • Day 3 - Friday 28th September

    Morning Programme The Ryder Cup Fourball or Foursomes.

    Afternoon Programme The Ryder Cup Fourball or Foursomes.

    Evening Programme At your leisure. Overnight in your Ryder Cup Travel Services selected hotel. Seats on coaches to downtown Chicago available to pre-book.

  • Day 4 - Saturday 29th September
